Open World Contest S.A./R.P. 2010
Partecipants:
Open to all R.P.- S.A.- Members and any other operator of any group worldwide, nobody excluded.
Subsscription:
Not necessary, stations that would like to patecipate must simply send the log of the contest to the contest manager and have fun.
Dates:
the contest, will take place during two week-ends following this schedule
1st part : from Saturday May 15th at 9.00 am GMT to Sunday May 16th at 9.00 pm GMT
2nd part: from Saturday September 11th at 9.00 am GMT to Sunday September 12th at 9.00 pm GMT
Rules:
The contest will take place on the SSB Phone section of the 11 meters band worldwide.
The calls must be placed on 27.555 Mhz with QSY to a different operating frequency, contacting other station and exchanging progressive numbers on 555 is not allowed.
Every contact must be logged with an exchange of progressive numbers beginning from 01 02 03 and so on.
Every station is allowed to contact as many operators in as many country as he wish, the total of the score must be then calculated following the chart below.
Any station can contact the same station up to 4 times, (example: 1SA002 contact 14SAxx the first Saturday then again on Sunday, then again the second week-end on Saturday and again the second Sunday for a total of 4 times) so 4 progressive numbers.
Scores:
If you contact any station SA or RP or of any other group of your same country : 2 poins
(ex. 1 SA002 contact 1SAxx or 1ATxx = 2 points)
If you contact any station SA or RP or of any other group of any other country: 5 points
(ex. 1SA002 contact 14SAxx or 14SDxx = 5 points
BONUS:
you will have 10 extra points if you contact 5 different countries and 2 more points on every other country after the first 5.
EXAMPLE : 5 countries contacted 10 points bonus
6 countries contacted 12 points bonus
7 countries contacted 14 points bonus
Restrictions:
the contesters must have at least 10 qso on the log to be on the score board, logs with less contact will not be taken in consideration
Awards:
SA and RP group will award:
- The 3 best sinlge operator stations SA and RP
- The best 1st and 2nd of any other group
- The first qualified lady with the higher score
for shipping practical reasons SA and RP groups will produce awards plates for the winners, if a particular station cannot be present at the awarding meeting, it will be our duty to send the award by mail.
Qsl manager
All the logs for SA and RP members must be sent via e-mail or regular mail to:

Any other operator partecipating to the contest must send the log to:

Cross controls will be done between the logs and the contest manager may correct the scores for invalid qso/s, his decision is not questionable.
All the logs must be received by the qsl manager not lathe than the 31st of December 2010

World Contest Open SA/RP2010.
Partecipanti :
La manifestazione è patrocinata , sponsorizzata e ideata dai Gruppi : SIERRA ALFA e ROMEO PAPA. E’ aperta a tutte le stazioni SA/RP di tutti i Country e ai Gruppi ( compresi operatori singoli ) di tutto il mondo ( nessun gruppo , nessuna Associazione e' esclusa )
Iscrizione:
Non necessaria, chi desidera partecipare dovrà semplicemente partecipare a questa nuova proposta in 11M , contribuendo al divertimento di tutti gli amanti della radio.
Date:
Il Contest si svolgerà durante due fine settimana con le seguenti modalità:
La manifestazione si articolerà nell’arco di 36 ore: 15/16 Maggio 2010 – 11/12 Settembre 2010
( dalle ore 10 del Sabato mattino alle 22 della Domenica ) - L'attività deve svolgersi sulla banda degli 11 metri e solo in fonia. I partecipanti sono invitati ad attenersi alle norme legislative vigenti nei propri Country per ciò che concerne l'uso delle proprie apparecchiature e l'impiego delle frequenze. Nessuna responsabilità, dunque, potrà essere addossata agli organizzatori circa l'uso scorretto delle apparecchiature o per il comportamento dei partecipanti.
Regolamento:
Il Contest si svolgerà in fonia nella banda degli 11 mt. nel modo USB-SSB.
Le chiamate dovranno essere effettuate a 555 comunicando solamente la nuova frequenza operativa. Si possono collegare tutti gli operatori di tutti i gruppi, di tutti i country, ma varierà il punteggio assegnato al collegamento come da tabella allegata. Ogni stazione potrà collegare solo una volta al giorno tutte le altre stazioni (es. l’operatore 1SA002 Mark posso collegarlo 1 volta sabato 15 Maggio, 1 volta domenica 16 maggio, 1 volta sabato 11 Settembre , ed 1 volta domenica 12 Settembre ) per un totale di 4 progressivi ( valido per tutti )
Partecipanti, Categoria e Punteggi :
Stazioni SA/RP/ dello stesso Country : 02 Punti.
( esempio 1SA002 collega 1SAXX )
Stazioni SA/RP/ di altri Country escluso il proprio : 05 Punti.
( esempio 1SA002 collega 14SAXX )
Stazioni di altri Gruppi / o operatori singoli dello stesso Country : 02 Punti.
( esempio 1SA002 collega 1ATXXX o operatore singolo )
Stazioni di altri Gruppi / o operatori singoli di altri Country escluso il proprio : 05 Punti.
( esempio 1SA002 collega 14ATXXX o operatore singolo )
Questi punteggi valgono per tutti gli operatori.
BONUS : 10 Punti di Bonus collegando 05 Country diversi
( la lista di riferimento e' quella ufficiale AT )
Ogni Country aggiuntivo fornirà un ulteriore bonus di 2 punti.
( esempio 1SA002 collega 05 Country BONUS 10 PUNTI )
( esempio 1SA002 collega 06 Country BONUS 12 PUNTI )
( esempio 1SA002 collega 07 Country BONUS 14 PUNTI )
Restrizioni :
I partecipanti per essere in classifica dovranno collegare almeno dieci ( 10) stazioni . Log con meno di Dieci contatti non saranno prese in visione. ( E non saranno prese in considerazioni le QSL di conferma dei singoli operatori .)
Calcolo Punteggio e Premiazioni :
punteggio ad un singolo operatore
Somma del punteggio collegamenti + eventuale Bonus.
· Premiati: 1° - 2° - 3° ( dei 2 gruppi SA/RP/ )
· Premiati: 1° - 2° ( degli altri Gruppi o operatori singoli )
· Premiati: 1° Stazione femminile in classifica con il punteggio piu' alto.
Per praticita’ nelle spedizioni dei premi ai vincitori della classifica ( altri Gruppi ) Le Associazioni Sierra Alfa e Romeo Papa realizzeranno delle targhe ( piu’ semplici da inviare e meno fragili rispetto alle coppe ) le premiazioni dove possibile saranno fatte durante i Meeting , dove e’ impossibile il premio sara’ spedito ed inviato.

Controlli incrociati dei vari Log saranno eseguiti , eventuali punti non attribuiti saranno motivati direttamente dal Contest Manager. Il suo giudizio sara’ insindacabile. Tutti i LOG dovranno pervenire entro e non oltre la data del : 31/12/2010.
Si informa che nel LOG dovra’ esserci un indirizzo mail o indirizzo operatore ( in modo che sia piu’ facile contattarvi in caso di VITTORIA !! )

Invitation SA/RP World Contest 2010
when you RX an QSL or when you give an QSL , dont forget to give to DXQSM , after your QSL is on line so in forum ( when no much QSL receved ) or in QSL Group . If you make an activation dont forget to give your photo , i will insert in gallery photos or in forum . Also if you have an information about an activation , contest ; meeting dont forget to give to DXQSM.
